Quinn, is an exceptional foal. He is tall, elegant and scopey. He is started w/t/c and doing small courses. He will take you to the top in any ring. He is presence and honesty make him an incredible partner and a horse that certainly cant be missed in the ring.
He is a very well bred gelding, with his sire being Quadrigo. Quadrigo is by Quinar Z. Quinar passed his approvals in 1997 where he showed his perfect way of free jumping and movement, both of which he passes on to his offspring. At the 2003 approvals in Neumunster, Quinar had his breakthrough. He had 6 sons at the approvals, all modern in type, with good movement and jumping with special quality. An outstanding appearance in jumping was from the son Quick Nick. At the auction from approved stallions this son was bought for a record price of 400,000 euro. As of now there are15 approved sons by Quinar.
Quinar Z is by Quidam de Revel. Beautifully bred, from the Alme-Jalisco stallion line and a superb dams family. He was a top showjumping performer, 4th at the Olympics. He has produced large numbers of good looking blood types of horses that really jump well. He's had huge numbers of internationally performing jumping offspring. He is now recognised as a great sire of sires too and has set up his own branch of the Alme dynasty. From the incredible Alme/Jalisco B sire line. His sire Jalisco B jumped for Portugal at the Olympics in Seoul in 1998, before returning to France for a stellar stud career producing the likes of 'Quito de Baussy (Eric Navet) World and European Individual Champiod in 1990 and 1991, 'Dollar du Murier (Eric Navet) team gold and individual silver at the World Championships in Jerez, 'Rochet M' (Alexandra Ledermann) and our subject 'Quidam de Revel' (Herve Godignon) both Olympic medalists and 'Papillon Rouge' (Xavier Leredde) gold medalist at the Mediterrean Games 1991 and French Champion 1993. His dam 'Dirka' was herself a multiple international winner under the saddle of Nelson Pessoa and was a 3 parts sister to the great french stallion 'Uriel'. Quidam has been at the top of the WBFSH stallion rankings for a number of years. He has sired the World Championship team gold medalist 'Tlaloc la Silla' (Reynald Angot), now also a successful sire under his original name 'Dollar de la Pierre'.
