Lexus RPH
2015 CWB colt
Leeto Z x Patina
Lexus RPH
Lexus is a lovely and correct colt, who looks a lot like his daddy. Big, alert and intelligent, he is sure to be a promising prospect.

His sire, Leeto Z is an exceptional young stallion in many ways. Beautiful, correct conformation, powerful and elegant movement, combined with incredible scope make him an all-around exceptional athlete. Although, perhaps his best feature, is his intelligent and engaging personality that not only makes him a brave and willing partner, but also a quick learner and simple straight forward ride. At his Canadian Warmblood Stallion Performance Test, he was the highest scoring stallion for temperament and rideablity. From what we can tell, his foals all seem to have his temperament as well.

Leeto Z’s sire is Lucino, who is by Landlord Z who is by Landgraf I. By the end of the 1980's, Landgraf I was rated best amongst all sires that had stood at stud in West Germany, and his sons can be found in most breeding regions throughout the world. Landgraf I became the most important sire of show jumpers in the twentieth century having sired the most money winning show jumping offspring in the World.
Leeto z’s mom is by Crack I who is by Corrado I. Through his dam's grandsire, Corrado I combines the blood of Cottage Son xx with that of Cor de la Bryere. Furthermore, he was unrelated to Ladykiller xx. All of these factors contributed to Corrado's own success, and his success as a match to the Holsteiner broodmare population. As a six-year-old, Corrado I was a finalist at the 1991 German Federal Championships, and he began his international career the following year under Franke Sloothaak. The qualities that made Corrado I a Nations Cup-caliber jumper - cleverness, quick reflexes, power, and speed - also made him a challenging partner. Sloothaak described the young stallion as distractible with a strong temperament, and quite difficult to ride. The pair competed on the international circuit to the World Cup level. As of 2006, Corrado I has produced 95 offspring for the international level show jumping arena. In 2008, Corrado I was ranked in 19th in the WBFSH list of top sires of FEI jumpers.
Cor de la Bryere is one of the most influential stallions in modern Warmblood breeding and can be seen in more than 70% of modern Holsteiner bloodlines. He was recognized as the "Reserve Stallion of the Century" second only to Landgraf I. "Corde" has produced many top-level competition horses including Contrast, the three-day Eventer, the international show jumpers, VDL Corland and Costa, plus the great 1988 Olympic Dressage Silver Medalist, Corlandus. He also sired Calando I through IV, Caletto I, II, and III, Calypso I through V, and Cordino. His offspring tend to have good free shoulders along with higher knee action making them very suitable for jumping. In 2004, Cor de la Bryère ranked 6th and in 2006 he ranked 15th for the USEF Leading Jumper Sires. Leeto’s dams sire is Ramiro Z. In 1969, Ramiro (G Ramiro Z) was the absolute top stallion of his performance year and was not only successful with breeding, but also in his jumping career under Fritz Ligges. He excelled in his puissance performances (up to 2.20 m) as well as in competition where speed was essential.
Ramiro moved to Studbook Zangersheide in 1979 and went to the Netherlands two years later. On the basis of his breeding efforts that earned him world-wide fame, he was declared Horse of the Year at Jumping Amsterdam in 1992. Ramiro is still at the top of the indexes in both jumping and dressage for many breed organizations today. In 2004, he ranked 8th for the USEF Leading Jumper Sires and 9th for Leading Hunter Sires for the.

Lexus' mom, Patina is an incredible broodmare, who produces nothing less than exceptional foals. Her babies are big, smart and beautiful.
Patina's sire is Pik Kasso, who is by Phantast. Phantast's pedigree includes some of the finest dressage and jumping bloodlines. His sire is the Hanvoverian stallion Pik Solo, who has produced many successful performance horses at all levels of competition. His grandsire is the legendary Pik Koeing who sired 19 approved Hanvoverian stallions and over 200 main stud book mares. Pik Koeing's offspring have won more than 1.5 million DM. Phantast's dam is the Westphalian mare Dusalin, an outstanding jumper. She produced many premium foals including Prinz David, the sale topper at the 1991 Glenwood Farm Production sale. Phantast's Grandsire Renaldo, known for his elasticity and good temperament, was one of the most requested stallions at the station at Warendorf in Germany, producing many outstanding sons and German auction horses.
On Patina's mom's side, is Lucky Boy II. Lucky Boy has been sired by the Holsteiner stallion Lavall II in his first year. This son of Landgraf I is, just like his brother Lavall I, very successful in German breeding.
From his dam Lucky Boy has the blood of the great stallion Calypso I (Cor de la Bryere). Calypso I has been established as one of the great sires of dressage horses.
